UK Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. Your order will typically be dispatched within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Dispatch Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@ueme.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us at support@ueme.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
